dear maryam, let's just stop entirely asking people to meet up. You know they didn't mean it right when they said it before? You already understand that bit by now right. It's not one person. It's all of them, with an exception of 1-3 people. I know you wish people mean it when they say that to you. It's due time you move forward, and treat it half-heartedly as they mentioned it. Give back the energy they are giving you. And if it's zero, then give back zero. You don't need them, they don't need you. They don't want you. It's okay to let go. They wouldn't mind, heck they wouldn't even notice. So let go. You don't need to check up on them so frequently, they have others who check up on them anyway. They are alright. You don't need to worry about them. You can keep loving them from far, and keeping your so called friendship limited to online.

I don't get why you try so hard, when no one checks up on you. No one has you on their mind, while you have everyone on yours.

Be content with your cyber relationship. It's fine. You can survive. You know it. You have been surviving.

Holding on to something that isn't even there hurts way more than accepting it. So let go, accept your fate.

You are a floater friend. At times you are something, other times you are nothing.
