kpop fangirling Part 2

I am giving up on the timeline based writing, like according to the order of when I discovered each group so I will be jumping from 2015 to 2011 then to 2018 and so on. At this point I am just pulling out whatever memory I have for each group.

So next group is Astro. I actually found them by accident. But then again if I look back at most of the groups that i stan, most accidents I guess; but then again maybe they weren't because in the end all are kind of inter-related in some way. Kpop world duhh. Astro is one of the groups i got into from the pre-debut phase. It was from the short webdrama they acted in: To Be Continued. The title intrigued me and when I started to watch it, I instantly was pulled in. Also 'cat's eye' was a super cute and catchy song. I did not guess at first that they were going to be an actual boygroup but then when they performed the song then I kinda guessed so (i think huhu i feel that my memories are lying to me at times lmfao). Rocky was the first to catch my eye. I loved his dance break session in there.

Then infinite! okay I cannot recall at all where exactly i first saw them, but all I can say, they really had a ton of reality shows and I am confident to say that I covered most. YAMO was a weird concept but it was actually kind of cute, how they had to take care of Jiae and all. One of my fav shows from them i think.

I will forever remember how I found exo and how a few of their covers and songs became my lullabies for a certain period. I was blown away with Growl mv because they did it in one-shot. I even forced my brother to watch it because I thought it was super cool. Still cool though until now. Also exo-showtime happened during one of THE phases in my life. Each episode was so fun to watch. Everything that happened after was quite unfortunate though, but i believe it was for the better because we really did not know what happened behind the scenes; and kpop idols shouldn't be obliged to be a celebrity and be permanent with things. They have their own lives just like we have ours. No human should belong to anyone (unless it is out of their own will ;P)

BAP and BTS had similar reasons to why I got into them. Because they debuted with not a love song or something similar as so. I was super into motivation kind of things and also at the same time school rebelling so yeah you get what I mean right? That rolling part in the NO choreo was what caught my eye at first, it looked cool. Then when i watched the music video and was WOAH THIS IS IT. I also watched ta-dah BAP and loved the concept how they were from a different planet and Zelo was a robot.

Let's jump to 2019 for a bit. How I came to discover a.c.e and how they ended climbing my ult ladder to the top. I watched MIXNINE before that and when the debut was canceled, I kind of distanced myself completely from kpop and focused on watching dramas and webdramas. And when it comes to webdramas, they are mostly on youtube and that was how youtube reccomended me Savage. I recognized byeongkwan and got curious. And that was how I got back into kpop anddd somehow discovered stan tweet. I honestly do not remember how i came to discover it but it just happened. That's why a.c.e holds a special place with me. Like yes each group I stan bring out a different feeling but a.c.e is home. Also seventeen to be honest.

Why am I writing all these again? haha anyways that is it for now. I might continue this in the future if i get the feeling to do so again. We'll see. Let's just hope I do not rage delete this blog all of a sudden :]
